Emma
Constantine

Emma’s work is interested in creative movement, play and the human form. Her body interacts with space and natural forms in a spontaneous manner. Natural objects become static dance partners and vast landscapes become a platform for the body to move in. Emma is passionate about the natural world and hopes that her work displays the vast beauty and uniqueness that exists in nature.

More recently, Emma has taken an interest in motherhood and is exploring the idea of collaborating with her child within her practice.

She has exhibited locally in Leicestershire and also in Australia, where she spent 12 months in 2018 completing several artist residencies that culminated in two solo exhibitions in Sydney galleries: Gaffa Gallery and 107.

Emma studied Fine Art at Loughborough University and is an associate member of Modern Painters, New Decorators in Loughborough where she hosts Artist-Parent Meetups.
